RJReed Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
If our apps allow you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant RJReed Studios a limited license to use it solely to operate the app's features.
All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of RJReed Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Some apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective terms.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJReed Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
